Crab & Noodle Stir-fry

Serves: 4

You will need:
-salt
-125g medium egg noodles (2 blocks)
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
-300g pack prepared stir fry vegetables. (Such as cabbage, peppers,
onions,carrots and Spring Onions.)
-8 crabsticks, each sliced into 3 lengthways
- 2tbsp soy sauce

Step 1: Bring a pan of salted water to the boil add the noodles and boil for 4 mins until softened. Drain.

Step 2: Heat the oil in a wok, add all the stir-fry vegetables and cook for about 5 mins until just soft.

Step 3: Stir in the noodles, crabsticjes and soy sauce and cook for a further 3-4 mins to warm through. Serve in warm bowls.
